US SHIPPING:

Place your order before 12pm GMT for same day dispatch. Any orders placed after 3pm on Friday through to Sunday will be dispatched the following Monday.

We cannot upgrade your delivery method.

Please note that Sophia Webster covers all duties and taxes within the US. If your local customs office contacts you regarding payment, please email customerservice@sophiawebster.com.

What courier companies do you use?
We use DHL for deliveries within the US.

Do you gift wrap?
We do not currently gift wrap.

Do I have to pay customs and import charges?
There should not be additional customs or duties charges to pay beyond what you are charged at checkout- please reach out to customer services if you are asked to pay for goods.

Do you deliver to PO Box addresses?
No, we cannot deliver to PO Box addresses.

Do you deliver to Freight Forwarding addresses?
No, we cannot deliver to freight forwarding addresses.

Do you deliver to BFPO/APO addresses?
No, we cannot deliver to military addresses.

Can I track my shipment?
Yes, once your order is dispatched from our warehouse you will receive an email of notification from us including your tracking number.

Can I change my delivery address once my order has been placed?
No details, including the delivery address can be changed. We cannot accept responsibility for orders delivered when you have given an incorrect address.

HOW TO RETURN AN ITEM

Vault items are sold as final sale, with no returns being offered. This does not affect your statutory rights.

EXCHANGES

We are unable to offer exchanges at this time.

CAN I CANCEL OR AMEND AN ORDER?

Sadly, we’re unable to amend an order once it’s been placed – we’re sorry about this.
